The Design of “Future Work” in Industrial Contexts

Abstract This chapter proposes to discuss work transformation management as a key issue designing working conditions ensure safe, healthy and performant in context of technological transitions. Here, we view the design future transition process set projects—social, organisational, technological—that will together shape “future work”. We consider lessons from past regarding: (1) cooperation between workers technology (2) project transformations, resources manage this transition. These be discussed with reference ongoing research dealing introduction artificial intelligence (AI) or collaborative robotics at French industrial context, an illustration industry global level.
